Hi all,

Today i want to share with you the videos of my very hard working little princess. She love to iron dress. Whenever i do my ironing and when i've done with it, at last she will take over with her own activity. Don't worry, the iron was not hot, it's already off. Sorry, because the quality of the videos are not very clear because my room was dark even on that time i on the light.

Oh yeah, you can see, she located the big pillow under her foot, to lift her up because she cannot reach the iron board....he he, i don't teach her to do so, she did it herself.

~♥~Badian a.k.a Sweet Fennel Seeds

I want to share with you all about Fennel Seeds. Here in Pashto Language we called it "Badian". So, I give you all a few information about Fennel.

Dried fennel seed is an aromatic, anise-flavoured spice they are brown or green in colour when fresh, and slowly turn a dull grey as the seed ages. In Malay language it's called " jintan manis" which means “sweet cumin”. Fennel pollen, also known as “spice of the angels”.

BADIAN a.k.a. SWEET FENNEL SEEDS

When the fennel coated with colouring sugar, it's become like picture belows:

People here often chew fennel seed or "BADIAN", as a mouth-freshener. Fennel is also used as a flavouring in some natural toothpastes. Some people employ it as a diuretic, while others use it to improve the milk supply of breastfeeding mothers.

p/s: Malaekah love to chew this badian, as a sweets or "gula-gula"...he he.

~♥~Evening Walk With My Princess

These few days, the weather were not very hot, and nice to take my little princess for an evening walk. She seems so happy when i take her for a walk, as she can see people and the environment. I also need an excercise for myself :) So, go for a walk is just nice for both of us.

Here are the pictures which taken on day first of evening walk, Malaekah like to pluck flower. I don't know the name of the flower below, looks like a sunflower but so small.

Here she try to pluck this "pokok tasbih" flower, but it's too high for her :P

Day second, my princess with her bourgenville flowers. See, she try to pluck that flower.

I looooove this flower so much, i don't really know the name of it, it's a type or family of ixora i think. But it's produce a very nice fragrance. It's smell like "bunga cempaka". I love the smell of it. And it's so beautiful. This flower is so popular in our neighbourhood area.

Here is jasmine, the National Flower of Pakistan, you can say, every house here has this plant.....and it's smell sooo goood too.

~♥~Do You Know.........??

Do You Know what is the National Flower of Afghanistan Country? Guess what???

Many people said that, it is "Poppy" he heh.

POPPY

Despite the obvious answers of other contributors e.g. poppy and other facile views, one person was partially correct in saying that Afghanistan does not have any particular flower as one of its national emblems.

However, one flower could be claimed to be its true national flower - AND IT AIN'T THE POPPY! It just so happens that the poppy seems to grow well there!

The flower which comes closest to being an Afghan native is the TULIP. Although tulips may be associated with Holland, both the flower and its name originated in the Persian Empire. The tulip is actually not a Dutch flower as many people tend to believe. The tulip, or "Laleh" as it's called in Persian, is a flower indigenous to Iran, Afghanistan, Turkey and other parts of Central Asia. Which parts of a tulip one might smoke, sniff or otherwise ingest I don't know - and anyway "Tulips from Afghanistan" might not ever be a very popular song.

So the answer is, It's not the poppy, or Tulip.

IT'S DOESN'T HAVE any National emblem.

~♥~My Lil Princess Is Getting Better ~ Alhamdulillah

Assalamualaikum and hello, to all visitors who prayed for Malaekah, I just can convey you all with my big Thank You to express how grateful I am for the support from all of you. Only God can reward your prayers. I am very lucky to get friends like you all especially Jemer, Mallan, Hanim, Pinat, Nadia, Syari, Kak Yan, my dear Farah and also whoever is and was visiting this blog. You all give me strength to face the dificulties.

Alhamdulillah, today my little princess is getting more better than yesterday, no more hard sleeping at night for her as she don't cough, only in the morning she cough a bit. Probably it's a bit cold in the early morning. She is a very good girl because she never refuse to eat all her medicine even it's bitter and smell so strong, MasyaAllah.

For all Ekah aunty, uncle, friend, who always visit her blog, here I show u all a video's of Malaekah, showing that she was dancing. See how cheeky she was while dancing.....i laugh to see at it...my little dancing princess...i love you so much, mwah.

In this video, malaekah try to sing a pashto song which titled "bibi shiriney" but she quite shy and don't catch the lyric yet. Very short one :)

~♥~Dikaulah Teman Dikaulah Kekasih

Pagi ni, batuk my little princess nampak ada kurang sikit. Tapi, tulah selera makan dia tak ada. Dia kata tekak dia sakit. Shinky masakkan sup untuk dia, doctor tak bagi makan benda-benda sejuk dan bergaram. Lepas tu buatkan dia jus epal. Bagi dia minum teh hijau tanpa gula. Nasib baik dia nak minum susu.

Tengahari bagi dia makan sup. Sikit jer dia makan. Hari ni dah tak muntah lagi sebab batuk dia dah tak teruk sangat macam semalam, Alhamdulillah.

Lepas makan ubat mama bawak ekah baring, mama pun memang mengantuk sangat sebab malam tadi boleh dikatakan mama tak leh nak lelapkan mata langsung. Risau tengok baby mama batuk batuk. So, mama rasa eloklah kita take a nap ek…lagipun mesti ekah ngantuk lepas makan ubat kan.

Nak cerita sikit, masa shinky lelapkan mata baring sebelah ekah, dia sibuk dok main handphone, then mungkin dia ingat mama dia dah tidur, pada hal mama dia tidur tidur ayam jer. Selalu tu kalau dia nak tidur dia akan buat bising, nyanyi lagu dia sendirik. Tapi kali ni dia senyap jer, lepas tu shinky perasan yang dia dok tenung muka shinky, lepas tu dia rapatkan muka dia kat muka shinky then dia cium pipi shinky, siap bunyik lagi. Then dia baring sebelah shinky sampai lah dia tertidur. MasyaAllah, Rasa macam nak mengalir air mata shinky bila dia buat macam tu. Tak terfikir yang dia boleh buat macam tu. Mungkin dia simpati dengan mama dia yang letih menjaga dia dari malam tadi, tak tidur, dan sekarang bila mama tidur dia rasa nak balas jasa mama, so dia kiss mama.

Actually, setiap malam bila ekah dah tidur, mama akan kiss pipi dia. Sebab tulah dia buat perkara yang sama kat mama dia agaknya. Hmmmmm. Shinky bersyukur sangat sebab dapat anak yang menyejukkan hati seperti Malaekah ni. You are such a very lovely baby to me sweetheart. Dialah penawar di kala duka, dialah penyeri hari mama, dialah pengisi kekosongan hidup ini.

My cute little princess, ketahuilah oleh mu, mama sungguh bahagia dengan kehadiran mu dalam hidup mama. Dikaulah teman, dikaulah kekasih, dikaulah tempat mama mengadu di kala mama mengharapkan seorang insan untuk mendengar rintihan hati ini. Doa mama, puteri mama sentiasa menjaga mama dan abah sehinggalah ke akhir hayat kami, dan iringilah doa untuk kami setelah kami tiada lagi di dunia ini nanti. Amin
